Ford or Chevy?

Remember when we knew what kind of car was going down the street?
We had Fords, Chevys, Dodge, Plymouth, Volkswagon.
There were a few others, and we knew them all...
I couldn't name any of the cars on the road today.
Tennis shoes??? Red, white and black...
Today I'm asked, what I'm going to do in them????
I reply...Run the vacuum, you got any for that???
ommmmm

Now days I can identify a Jeep or a Smart car. The rest all look alike to me.

I do not understand why that is but you hit that out. Subaru is a good example.

Jan, I've done that!!! I look for color and sometimes, because my car is a common color, I'm almost lost. Have you ever hit the alarm, just to find your car??? I'm not going to admit to that... :(

Patti, I can identify those too. My own type, but no way could I even tell you what my sons drive.

Fly, I hear on the news that someone is driving a such and such type of car...dang! it could pull up beside me and I wouldn't have a clue. Not only are the makes so confusing, but then there's all the different styles. Back in the day, we could even tell what year a car was...like a 55 Chevy, or 63/64...remember???

Oooh I can still identify Corvettes!!!

I drive and put petrol in. Hub does the rest. I have a little Toyota RAV and I love it

Lisa, I have no clue what a RAV looks like. I pick out my own cars (I'm a widow)and I always pick a Ford. Color is normally the most important issue... hahaha

Hahaha Some of todays cars look like they are still in the box. Yesterday I saw a white square car that gave me a memory fright. I thought the old milk truck had came back.
I don't recognize the names of cars anymore either. Chevy still has that fat cross icon and that I know.

Hahaha...Oooh Manzanita, I know, I know!!! I knew all the cars back in the days, and the year of the car. I can't even tell you the make now. It just amazes me...

I much prefer the older vehicles then the ones they have today.

Chung, Oooh I agree! They had such style...

Oh! I seem to sometimes try to get into someone-else car, there all look the same except the license plate.

I can't name any of the new cars either and I'll bet they have some shoes for vacuuming. Ha.

Wong Ching Wah, Oooh I've done that too! just last Sunday.

Linda, I can still pick out a suburban, jeep, corvette, but that's about it.
