T of A to Z

Terrarium is my T word,
and so is Totem pole.
Spring is finally here! I think???
Winter has really taken a toll on my plants, even the ones in my terrarium. I think it was all the dry heat. I had to replant much of my terrarium.  I moved my indoor plants outdoors yesterday, and they're looking kind of skimpy. Some will come back, but others will have to be replaced.
I might mention, here, that I was poking fun at some yard art, the other day...but as you can see...???
This might be called the pot calling the kettle black.
A totem pole, big horn sheep skull, and some kind of a planter with both wings and horns??? hmmm...and this is only one side of my deck.
ommmm

Chung...Thank you!!!

Debra, I've got a deer skull at the other end of the deck. I've got Venus in Capricorn...luv dem bones!

Patti, Not in this town!!! I love it! It was the last thing my husband and I got before he passed...but he never got to see it, only pictures.

Lisa, I think I posted a blog about getting it. Found it in Wyoming on our last trip together. It was delivered a few days before Thanksgiving, but my husband passed 2 days before Thanksgiving, so he never got to see it...only a picture. That was in 1999.

Dear Turquoisemoon, the objects on your porch must lead to such good conversations! Peace.

Dee, it doesn't stop at the porch. I have a 7'saguaro cactus shell in my dining room...

Did someone carve your totem pole for you? Northwest Coast Native American art is so mystical and mysterious. I like all your special objects that you have collected for your porch. We need to live among the things we love not what marketing tells us. -- barbara

Barbara, I bought that totem pole in Jackson Hole, 1999. My husband was very sick and had just dropped him off at the airport. We had been looking for something special as a reminder of our last vacation, and hopefully a totem pole. I was driving home, hauling our pop-up when I spotted this. Bought it and they delivered it 2 days before my husband passed. He was happy, but never saw it...only a picture. I have never bought what marketing tells us. My house decor is very ?different? hahaha

Randy, I do too! especially in the morning or evening, while it's still dark. I light that little light and it looks so peaceful...
